To Firaun and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and they were a people haughty.
unto Pharaoh and his great ones; but these behaved with arrogance, for they were people wont to glorify [only] themselves
Unto Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they scorned (them) and they were despotic folk
To Pharaoh and his Chiefs: But these behaved insolently: they were an arrogant people

Unto Fir'awn and his chiefs, but they grew stiff-necked, and they were a people self-exalting
To Pharaoh and his nobles who behaved with arrogance, for they were a conceited lot
to Pharaoh and his ruling circle. But they were proud and were a haughty people.
To the Pharaoh and his chiefs. But they grew arrogant in the face of them, and demonstrated that they were a haughty, self-exalting people
to Pharaoh and his elites; but they acted arrogantly and they were a tyrannical lot
To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were inflated with pride, and were a despotic people
to Pharaoh and his assembly, but they acted arrogantly, and they were bossy people.
And to Pharaoh and his nomarchs. But they behaved arrogantly. They were a people conceited

To Pharaoh and his elders, but they turned arrogant. They were oppressive people.
to Pharaoh and his Council, but they were very proud, and they were a tyrannical nation
To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they behaved haughtily and they were an insolent people
To Pharaoh, and his nobles/assembly , so they became arrogant and they were a high and mighty nation
They went to Pharaoh and his administrators but the latter showed arrogant. As a matter of fact, they were repressive people
Towards Firaun and his court members – in response they were haughty, and they were in dominance
To Pharaoh and his chiefs; but they behaved arrogantly and they were a haughty people
To Pharaoh and the chiefs (of his people). They too behaved with arrogance and conceit. And they too were (extremely) wrongdoing and a disobedient people
To Pharaoh and his courtiers but they waxed proud for they were a haughty (type of) people
To Firaun (Pharaoh) and his chiefs, but they behaved insolently and they were people self-exalting (by disobeying their Lord, and exalting themselves over and above the Messenger of Allah)
unto Pharaoh and his Council; but they waxed proud, and they were a lofty people
unto Pharaoh and his princes: But they proudly refused to believe on him; for they were a haughty people
and with plain authority to Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were too big with pride, and were a haughty people
To Pharaoh and his princes; but they behaved them proudly, for they were a haughty people
to Pharaoh and his nobles. But they received them with contempt, for they were arrogant men
unto Pharaoh and his chieftains but they held themselves as great ones and they were a people who held themselves high [in the earth]

To Pharaoh and his chieftains, so they arrogate. And they were haughty kinfolk.

We sent them to Pharaoh and the chief peers of his realm, but they did not answer their hopes and they prided themselves on their arrogance and non - courteous refusal, and displayed inordinate self- esteem and undue assumption of dignity
Then We sent Musa and his brother Harun with Our signs and clear authority,
To Pharaoh and his chiefs, but they were proud, and were haughty people.
To Pharaoh and his Chiefs: But these behaved insolently: they were an arrogant people
To Firaun and his chiefs, but they behaved arrogantly and they were a people haughty
Ila firAAawna wamala-ihi faistakbaroo wakanoo qawman AAaleena
